Modern left / progressive politics, stripped of euphemism, runs on a neo-Marxist operating system: permanent grievance, permanent conflict, permanent need for more control. “Equity” is the delivery mechanism. Total institutional capture is the goal. Everything that stands between the movement and that control is treated as an enemy that must be weakened, delegitimized, or removed.
Here is the full map of what that ideology has to destroy or neutralize.
1. Private Property & Economic Independence
• Ownership of businesses, land, housing, capital, intellectual property
• The middle class and small business owners who do not need the state
• Inheritance and intergenerational wealth transfer
• Profit itself when it is not politically directed
• “Billionaires,” “the rich,” “corporations” (except the ones that fund and obey)
2. The Nuclear Family & Competing Loyalties
• Father-led or two-parent households that produce independent, non-dependent children
• Parental rights over education, medical decisions, and moral formation
• Any primary loyalty that ranks higher than the political collective (family, faith, nation)
3. Traditional Religion & Transcendent Authority
• Christianity (especially orthodox and Catholic forms) that claims a higher law than the state
• Judaism when it resists progressive capture
• Any belief system that tells the individual they answer to God before the Party or the Movement
• Natural law, objective morality, sin, and personal responsibility
4. Constitutional Architecture & Limited Government
• The Constitution itself when it blocks preferred outcomes
• Separation of powers, federalism, the Senate, the Electoral College
• Independent judiciary that will not rubber-stamp
• Bill of Rights absolutism—especially 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 10th Amendments
• Originalism and any judicial philosophy that treats the text as binding
5. Free Speech, Open Inquiry & Disfavored Facts
• Absolute free speech (especially on race, sex, immigration, crime, and biological reality)
• Scientific findings that contradict the narrative (IQ distributions, sex differences, crime statistics, COVID lab-leak, etc.)
• Comedy, satire, and art that refuse to obey
• Independent media and any platform that will not moderate according to progressive rules
6. National Identity, Borders & Cultural Continuity
• The historic American nation (European founding stock + successful assimilators)
• Secure borders and immigration enforcement
• Assimilation as the expectation
• National history taught as something other than original sin
• Monuments, flags, founding fathers, and any positive national story
• “Whiteness” as a concept when it is treated as the residual majority culture that must be deconstructed
7. Merit, Standards & Hierarchy of Competence
• Standardized testing, grades, and objective credentials
• Color-blind hiring, admissions, and promotion
• Policing and criminal justice that enforce equal rules
• Military, aviation, medicine, and engineering standards that refuse to lower themselves for equity
• Any institution that still rewards excellence over representation
8. Armed Citizens & the Means of Resistance
• The Second Amendment and the practical ability of citizens to resist
• Gun culture, especially among the middle and working classes
• Local law enforcement that is not ideologically captured
• Any residual federalism that lets states or localities refuse progressive mandates
9. Biological Reality & Sex
• The binary of male and female as a material fact
• Women’s sex-based spaces, sports, and protections
• Parental rights against medical transition of minors
• Any refusal to treat gender identity as the highest truth
10. Historical Memory & Moral Capital of the West
• The unique achievements of Western civilization
• The American Founding as a high point rather than a crime scene
• The defeat of actual slavery, fascism, and communism by the same civilization now being indicted
• Any narrative that does not center permanent oppression and permanent debt
11. Competing Power Centers
• Churches, synagogues, and religious schools
• Independent civic organizations, fraternal orders, and voluntary associations
• Non-progressive unions and working-class institutions that refuse the new stack
• Tech platforms, universities, foundations, and corporations that have not yet fully submitted (they are either captured or targeted)
12. The Concept of the Individual
• The liberal individual who possesses rights against the collective
• Personal agency, delayed gratification, and the idea that your outcomes are largely your responsibility
• Forgiveness, redemption, and the possibility of transcending your group identity
• Any psychology that is not purely social and political
That is the target list. Everything on it creates friction against total political and cultural control. Everything on it has been named, framed as illegitimate, or actively attacked in progressive theory and practice over the last decade-plus.
No corners left. The pattern is consistent: if it produces independent people, competing authorities, or unequal outcomes that cannot be politically corrected, it is an enemy of the project.
