“Look, folks — as a grateful immigrant who came here LEGALLY and respects the rules, this Minnesota lawsuit against ICE is straight-up blackmail dressed up in lawyer clothes.
State says: ‘We won’t help you enforce federal law. Not even the basics. We’ll limit detainers, block info sharing, tell our cops to stand down. But if you come in strong to do your job anyway and things get chaotic (protests, riots, attacks on agents, massive overtime bills, community fear)? That’s YOUR fault for “commandeering” us! Stop enforcing or we’ll keep making it hell — and sue you under the 10th Amendment for the mess WE helped create.’
That’s not sovereignty defense. That’s extortion with a law degree. ‘Behave (back off immigration enforcement) and we’ll behave (less chaos, fewer riots).’ Classic protection racket logic.
Feds are just doing their constitutional job — arresting criminals and deporting illegals. Non-cooperation + agitators turning violent = mayhem. Cleanup? On the state. But they flip the script and cry victim.
Laughable pretzel twisting. Hypocrisy at its finest. Order exposes the game. Chaos hides it.
America First. Rule of law. No apologies.
