A Study by Roland Fryer of Harvard examines how prevalent Police Brutality is and whom it affects. Every few years, we experience riots when acts of Police Brutality (real or perceived) make headline news.
My personal observations is that, although riots in and of itself are abhorrent acts, it stems from our sensitivity to injustice.
